Laying low

I didn't cure cancer and I didn't dry the laundry (which means it's getting moldy in the caddie) but I managed to do the other stuff on my list from the other day (4 days late, but who's counting). Thanks to everyone for your nice get well wishes and for rooting me along in the homestretch. I would like to write a note to each and every one of you, but in accordance with EFFICIENCY MODE, I'm going to say a big fat collective THANK YOU! here instead. My bronchitis has turned into a sinus infection and some other lung thing that I don't know the translation for in English so I'm just trying to rest up so I won't end up deathly ill on my wedding day and for my entire trip to Scotland. In fact, I'm going to go take a nap right now. Then it's cleaning time because the in-laws will be getting here on Saturday. Maybe I'll hire a cleaning lady. I'm really thinking of it. Of course, I would have to pick up the pig-sty in order for anyone to clean anything, but...
