Hallelujah!
Long story short: I went to the fiber revival. Stayed with a great friend who has yarn and fiber all over the house and wool wash in the shower right next to the shampoo. Bought a little. Chatted a bit. Met some lovely people. Ran into other lovely people that I already knew and loved. Got to see a good friend who made the trip just to see me for 2 hours. Took a good class sitting next to une nouvelle amie. Etherknitter Laurie and Two Left Needles Monica helped me trouble shoot a squeak in my wheel and then Seed Stitch Cheryl helped me fix a problem I was having with my tension knob. I am now set to fall in love with my wheel. I just need a little spinning time. Want photos?

That is a GREAT summary picture. Tadpole pegged the cute-o-meter running around in her sweater with that sweet smile. I didn't know she was already a spinner :)

Echoing the others, I love the picture of the mama & daughter feet. It was so good to catch up with you while you were in town. I hope Tadpole and L4 will be able to meet someday.

It was a perfect day and am so glad you were able to make it. Our spinning class was great fun :-) I too had my wheel tweaked by the same crew. It would appear we have a few things in common!
