Rhinebeck bag

Click through for tons of photos of what's in it.

Weston Hill Farm again to go with something else.

Roving to use as thrums to go with some of the yarn I got at the Green Mountain Spinnery last month.

I got myself cards.

A gift from Irene.
And oh yeah! A lot of these photos were taken on the needle roll I found at Crippenworks.
We had lots of fun. Saw lots of people. Somehow missed lots of others. Ate lots of food. And spent lots less than last year, thank goodness. Carole has already done the linkfest, so you can go there to see who I saw (mostly) and Cheryl has lots of people photos, including one of Frog and Tadpole. I'm already dreaming of next year. I just hope I get through the 2006 and 2007 stash before then.

Beautiful stuff to go play with. Have fun! (And I'm also sitting here thinking, brave woman. I'm not sure I dare blog just how much yarn I bought at Stitches East.)

Lovely haul. Back to my corner to pout over the fact that everyone but me seems to have gone to Rhinebeck.
Found your post after seeing Sunrise Circle jacket on Harlot's blog. Stunning design. Now I have to make one.

Pretty stuff! Your colors make me wish I bought more reds and browns -- I came home with lots of blues, greens, and purples.

It was good to visit with you for those few minutes. L4 kept looking for Tadpole the rest of the day and loves the pictures we have of the four of us. It's on our flickr account if you're interested.

Is that silk and merino from Chadsing Rainbows?
Nice haul lady.

Great seeing you, Tadpole and Frog and spending so much time with you! Nice restrained haul!

Nice stuff! I guess Weston Hill isn't a secret anymore *sigh*. They sold out of those bumps really fast.
My knitting bag is stuffed with Crippenworks designs. Her stuff is beautiful and wears like iron.

Great haul! So sorry I missed all the fun (although my pocketbook is very thankful). Maybe next year. Can't wait to see what lovely things you create from all that fibery goodness.

Dag, that's some nice haul! It was great to see you again, and thanks for the Jacket advice! I found my color of Green Mountain Spinnery and will be ordering soon.

It was a pleasure to meet you and your family!!!
Here's to Rhinebeck next year and my finished Pearl Buck Sweater! I just loved yours!

You were so restrained and held off on the Crippenworks last year--good for you for treating yourself this year. :)

It was a pleasure, Kate.

Funny -- every time I turned around I ran into the Ariadne ladies, but somehow I missed you completely. Glad you had a good time and managed to fill a giant garbage bag with fiber. :)

Oh, how fun! I wish I didn't live so far away. Yours in the first post I've seen on Rhinebeck, and it's wonderful. By the way, I just started reading your blog after making the Sunrise Circle Jacket last winter. I love it and I love, love, love your designs!
